Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

Interviewed with 4 people, it was really formal. They just kept asking me behavior questions during one hour. They never mentioned anything about the position or asked me about my hard skills. It was the final round (first one with a recruiter). I thought it was really weird. I waited for almost one month for a feedback.

It was very intimate and went without flaw. Super pleasant speaking with GM. There were no interruptions which was great as it was very busy. Interview was very attentive and allowed me questions as well.
