Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

There was a phone interview followed by a skills test in which you demonstrated your capabilities as a medical writer. The in-person interview followed, and was two back-to-back interviews with a panel of 3-4 people asking questions. Everyone was very nice and open to discussion. It was a comfortable environment.

First, phone interview. Second, human resources interview. Third, a boss interview. Fourth, team interview. Only in the third interview was I asked case questions and in my fourth interview, they asked me specific questions regarding certain skills.
