I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn advising me of the position. I applied and had a panel interview consisting of 4 people. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes. They went over the position and my resume. They asked behavioral questions and wanted STAR format answers. It was only a few days and I got a call with the offer.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview was impersonal and the interviewer seemed uninterested about my experiences from the beginning. For whatever reason, they seemed hung up about my PhD major (data science) and didn't believe I could do the work of a statistician, even though I had passed the stats PhD quals at my university.
