Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

The interview process was straightforward and I learned about the different diabetes medicine. Although the role wasn’t for me and I didn’t get the offer, the process was extremely smooth and interviewers asked really good question. They compensated for my drive to the site in San Ramon.

HR screening call followed by an interview with the manager with relevant technical questions. Process was long and not very clear. They are for open for salary negotiation due to fixed salary bands across the company
