1 step- Writing Assessments; 2 step - Phone call with HR; 3 Step - Behavioural interview with 2 hiring managers. Strangely, got rejected over "lack of team management skills" even though I was not applying for a manager role.

Behavioural interview - STAR method according to what's required for the position
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Bengaluru) in Apr 2022
Interview
Assignment followed by two rounds of interview first with India team and second with US team. Interview was in STAR format. After all the rounds I was informed that I am shortlisted and asked for all the documents. After collecting the documents no response. I had other offer in my hand and denied believing Lilly. Unfortunately after repeated follow-up I was informed that the position is kept on hold. This happened with me third time. Extremely unprofessional approach from HR for keeping the candidate waiting. Never believe them and if you have offer from other organization please don’t wait. I am now jobless because of their approach.

2 rounds. 1 screening round. 1 formal day long zoom interview.
The hiring manager worked very hard to answer any and all questions I had. I met with a range of engineers in the department over an 8 hour time frame. Each person asked that interview responses be answered with the STAR method.
