Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

I apply and the hiring manager reached out to schedule a pre-interview. Almost a week later HR scheduled me for an interview. I interview on site with almost 10 people. Really friendly team, and a great mix of technical and soft skill questions. Unfortunately the hired someone else and my only negative note is that it took them 4 weeks to let me know I didn’t get the job.

2 rounds of interviews and 1 surprise technical test round. I passed the interviews but did not pass the test as I did not use methods. The interviews were good and the staff seemed very easy to get along with.
