I applied online. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2022
Interview
Recruiter was very precise and easy to talk to. She got straight to the point and asked a few STAR based questions. She also asked to go over my resume and tell her about my background.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you had a relationship with a customer and things didn’t pan out the way you planned. How did you keep your relationship with that customer and move forward ?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Aug 2022
Interview
I had a phone screen with the hiring manager and another manager. It was more of a meet and greet. Then I had 2 separate panel interviews with 2 managers attending each of those. They are very heavy on the STAR format of interviewing, so I would brush up on that process and prepare situations you could bring up. Overall it wasn't too bad if you prepare ahead of time.
