Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

After the workshop, we were asked to apply via QR code which led us to a online interview process. The interview followed the STAR model. Additionaly, questions related to the job position were also asked. In my case, the question was related to my research in chemistry/nanomaterials.

Generally positive experience. Very thorough process with discussions and interviews with several people. Long process with various levels of people involved, but that's to be expected given how large the company is.
