Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

It was an online interview, 3-4 supervisors introduced their backgrounds and projects and then went over the resume. Specifically on the projects mostly related to their topics. Very detailed technical questions were asked, but they are all simple. Finally, they asked some behavior questions and provided some information about the package.

Panel/Group interview. Most are on zoom and can sometimes be more than one interview. Very competitive. Come prepared, know what is on your resume and how to use the STAR method to answer the questions. They ask anywhere from 10-15 questions each interview.
