Question 1
Answer all questions (situations) in STAR format. Situation-Task-Action-Result
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2023
Interview
It was only two calls. Less than 1 hour each. First interviewer seemed nice. The second part was a panel of two ladies for 45 min only. According to feedback I didn’t share properly my technical expertise. I must say the question they had were very vague and for someone technical to share more details on it they should ask the appropriate questions. They only said that lack of communication skills for leading a multi cultural team. I disagree I am not English but I managed to thrive in a different environment. I complete my studies in different countries so if I don’t know how to treat people from different I must know nothing. I believe this is not the real reason of their rejection but ok. You need to take something this feedback with a grain of salt.
