First round was behavioral with recruiter/hiring manager, where they asked the standard questions like what would you do in X situation. Second round was portfolio case study presentation and white board challenge, they asked to model a user flow and design some low fidelity screens for a product app.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you launched a feature/product and had to react to real time user feedback
Interview quite smooth and easy, nothing negative, quite positive experience. Manager quite nice, not so technical so quite good. Just need to be yourself and don't be too scared, it should be alright.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2025
Interview
Several interviews on Teams and in their corporate office. Interviewers not selected based on the job that the candidate was interviewing for and not knowledgeable. Not able to answer questions. Felt like waste of time.
