I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Cambridge, MA) in Jun 2024
Interview
I submitted my application in March 2024. I first heard back from the hiring manager in May 2024, and had 1:1 screening calls with multiple members of the team, roughly one per week. I received frequent communication from the team, but when it came time for HR to schedule my on-site interview, communication became sparse and slow. After my interview in June 2024, I received radio silence (even after requesting an update) until an automated rejection email 2.5 weeks later.
Wasnt invited to give an interview. Wash annoying. I had a nice cover letter and a lot of relevant experience too. Alas I need a few more words to see gossip at my old companies
I applied online. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Usually starts with a phone screen with HR, followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with a panel, and possibly a case study. Expect to be asked a series of behavioural questions in multiple interviews. Different teams will give their opinion to the hiring manager.

Interview
On site interview was individual interviews with full local team over the course of a day, with a campus tour in between. Most interview questions were not job specific, and were behavioral in nature.
