The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Athens, GA) in Feb 2011
Interview
Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. Interviewer was very dry, simply asked questions and typed as I spoke. Questions were all behavioral type questions:
- Tell me a time that you were competitive.
- What research did you do to prepare for this interview.
- Tell me of a time that you had to set a goal, what were the outcomes and were you satisfied.
- Why do you want to work for Lilly?
Said that I would get an application packet by e-mail. Two days later, got an email saying that they could not offer me a position at this time.

All the team members displayed a highly professional attitude. The process was quite fast-paced and demanding, but at the same time it was very rewarding to be able to speak to so many highly skilled professionals.
