Discriminatory hiring practices. It is widely known that requiring a BS/BA for jobs such as sales roles with relevant work experience is a tactic to get around discrimination laws to exclude minority groups from white-collar professions. Eli Lily appears to be another racist company hides the fact by claiming social justice. The hypocrisy.
