I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Charlottesville, VA)
Interview
Connected through my school's career services. The overall process was confusing and I was given several different instructions from different recruiters. The communication was unclear and the recruiter clearly didn't know the building's around my school's campus so make sure to understand that the college recruiters are generally not from the school that they end up recruiting from.
I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Ciudad de México)
Interview
Assesment en grupo de candidatos; presentación de un problema y común, no es dar tanto una solución, si no interactuar con los compañeros, participar y analizar la situación para llegar a un análisis
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2022
Interview
I had an interview over teams. This was the first interview and it was very nice and relaxed. I really liked the people I interviewed with. They spoke a bit more about the job and company before asking me questions. However, when asked about flexibility I did mention I needed sponsorship which they seemed hesitant about.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me a bit about yourself, describe your previous experiences and also general behavioural questions.
Lots of personality based questions not as much science based questions. Star format. Be willing to show you want to learn as your not expected to know everything at least for entry level roles
