      Difficult interview

      Application

I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company

      Interview

First round interview. Two hours long. First hour was a HR behavioural interview where 45 questions were asked. This was followed by a 5 minute break and an interview with two hiring managers. The two hiring managers joined the call separately rather than interviewing together, which I wasn't told about in advance. As a result, the second part felt quite rushed, led to lots of repetition and felt more like two separate interviews in itself.

Describe one way you did something to benefit your local community in the past year
