Ho avuto 5 diversi colloqui tutti molto positivi e ho apprezzato l'esperienza. Più o meno solite domande behavioural ma sopratutto interesse dell'azienda a capire il fit culturale. Sono molto legati ai valori aziendali e cercano di verificare la volontà del candidato a entrare in azienda a prescindere dal ruolo e stipendio.

Interview
For all rounds, interview questions were mostly behavioral, and the atmosphere was conversational and friendly. Had a deep dive into my resume, work experiences, and why this industry/company/me stories. Also, the final/super day interview included informational sessions with current employees.
