Ecolab Regulatory Analyst interview questions

Internal transfer to different department. I was recruited by the manager from the other department. He went to my current manager and had him ask me if I would be interested in the job in the other department. I told my current manager yes, and submitted the application to HR. I was interviewed by the group the next week, but didn't hear them until 2 months later due to the position was newly created, and it took that long to get the new position by all required management.
