I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ecolab (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2020
Interview
Very simple and straightforward. Take a keen interest in your personality vs. the job description. They care most about the personality. Not sure how many interviews in total but a good experience overall.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Ecolab (Baton Rouge, LA) in Mar 2013

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ecolab (Sugar Land, TX) in Mar 2014
Interview
Was contacted through email to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, they said they would call me a few days later to set up a personal interview. They called back the next morning. We set up a group interview at the Sugar Land office, where I was interviewed by senior members of the department I would be entering. There was two people in the office plus one person on the phone and they barraged me with questions for about 30 minutes and told me they would get back in contact with me in a couple of days. After ~4 days, the boss of the department contacted me via phone, and asked a few questions and then said she'd call back the next day. It was about 2 days until I heard from them with a job offer via email.
