Really positive, great interviewers, felt very welcome even though I wasn’t successful not pressuring at all so very positive experience even though it didn’t go my way. Very knowledgable people who genuinely care about the business and you as an individual which is refreshing.

Initial screening call with the HR manager: questions about relevant experience, employment law knowledge, willingness to travel. Some more in depth questions about specific past roles, how these would be applicable to this position.

Talk me through your CV; What is your experience with Irish and UK employment law; Are you available to travel between Ireland and UK multiple times a month
Standard hiring process with behavioural based questions. Initial phone screen then did a more in depth conversation over the phone. Interviewer was professional but didnt seem interested in what I was saying.
