Interview
There is an initial phone screening followed by a face to face interview at a career fair then last round of phone interview. The process takes around 3 weeks in total. Most questions are behavior questions, need to use STAR method. They also test some basic marketing concept and P&L knowledge.

Interview
2 interviews back to back (30 minutes each). 1 behavioral (on campus) and 1 mini case (virtual) regarding the business model, company's improvements and financial analysis. They wanted to be sure that I understood the business and the inputs/interactions of a P&L.

Interview
Typically on-campus interviews (one case-based and one character) with two individuals that work on either the marketing or finance side (depending on which function you applied to). Pretty comfortable atmosphere, no trick questions, just be prepared to chat through some basic cases.
