The interview was with two hiring personnel. It was very relaxed and pleasant, the staff was friendly and fun to interact with. They asked me to give several examples of me using leadership skills in my work experience.

The staff are very friendly. The overall interview process took three hours with breakfast provided. All three interviewers are nice. They asked behavioral questions and most of them is focusing on your leadership skills.
