Easy going and focus mostly on past experience. The manager had a lot of experience interviewing candidates and was able to sift through all the nonsense. No need to spend time on technical preparations and focus on how to present the best version of yourself.

First I got contacted by a recruiter. Then I had an intervieuw with the recruiter. Then an intervieuw with the local team. Then an intervieuw with the district manager. Then I needed to do several asessments. In the final phase I had an interview with the regional sales manager.
