Eaton Technical Sales Intern interview questions

The interview was basic interview questions such as why Eaton, what challenges did you face and how did you tackle them, what’s your weakness/strength. Typically to get the full job at Eaton you would go for two rounds of interviews, however for an internship the second round is postponed till after the internship if you are interested in full time.

My interview was actually back-to-back 30-minute interviews with two managers, face-to-face. It was very casual in a typical office, and they asked me more personality-based questions rather than those based on technical knowledge.
