Eaton Project Manager interview questions

Applied online about a week after recruiter contacted for a phone screening. A day after phone screening, hiring manager scheduled a phone interview about a week later. on the phone interview day with the hiring manager, he called me 20 min late, and he said he was late for all the meetings on that day. Okay it could happen, so I told him that if he wanted I can reschedule it, and we agreed. Before hang-up, he said he will send me an email within couple mins, I waited for couple hours, but no email came in. So sent a follow-up email to the hiring manager twice. It has been a week, and he is not responding at all.

I applied online. They e-mailed me to schedule a first phone screening. Two weeks later I had the first phone screening (interview) with a HR rep. Then less than a week later I had a second phone interview with HR rep and hiring manager. The next step was an in-person interview in Lachine or Toronto. Two weeks after second phone interview I received an automated e-mail telling me I wouldn't continue the process. It felt really impersonal although the company preaches to value people and had demonstrated a people approach in the earlier stages of the hiring process.
