Interview
1st Round- Technical Round (45 mins): RM was lenient throughout the process. His main focus was on snap fit design and relations as well as on tolerance Stack up. He was helpful throughout the process.
2nd Round- Managerial Round (45 mins): He was focused on past project and experiences, mainly upon the procedure to complete the tasks. He would interrupt you and ask about the process (standard, documentation, testing) required to complete the tasks. He was strict throughout the interview.
The HR will not communicate the results and the feedbacks.
She will not pickup the call to share the response.
The role requires an Automotive experience.

3 Rounds of Interview.
1) Technical Round: Asked About SQL, Experience, and Power BI in depth.
2] F2F Interview : Asked Hypothetical questions, give dataset and make a good dashboad and find insight from that dashboard, and explain it infront of them.
3] HR Interview: Asked behavioral questions.

Worst & pathetic experience ever for senior role interviews. Total waste of time that shows the kind of work culture the organization has. Cleared first technical discussion with manager, second round was with HR which had behavioural questions, and last round was with with group head. Later the HR ghosted and shared no feedback even after more than a month. When followed-up, a simple one-liner reply that we are not moving ahead with you. This is the way they are treating senior professionals and wasting everyone's time. Indecisive interview panel incapable of taking quick decisions.
