Eaton interview questions

The interview process was very positive. The interviewers were personable and made it feel more like a genuine conversation than an interrogation. I especially appreciated that it was strictly behavioral, which made the discussion engaging and comfortable.

I had one panel style interview, with two Eaton employees. One was an engineer in a different division, and the other was a manger of Operational Excellence (OPEX). It was a good and conversational interview.
