Got a message on LinkedIn. Next was a phone call with a recruiter. Then an In-person meeting on-site. I was welcomed by secretary, meet with a HR representative who had me wait in the lobby, Meet my would-be manager and walked through the shop floor. Then with a few other from the would-be department had a sit-down interview.

Assesment centre. build a house or bridge. - presentation of a topic. then progress to the intreview. The key is to showcase your teamwork strengths, in the presentation you have to quickly come up with a topic, but the most important is the way you present it.

Interview
The interview process was well prepared and made the candidate feel engaged, it was as segmented panel interview with time slots allowing for 2.5 hours of total interview time. Questions were both specific to the company as well as your relevant experience. HR was responsive to follow-ups and any other concerns with onboarding, background check and offer letter.
