I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eaton (Pune) in Feb 2013
Interview
Very good hiring process, in-depth technical interview and BEI, interviewers were very friendly and always wanted to know more about the candidate. They will put you perfectly at ease. Had multiple interviews and each interview tested a different aspect. You are the king of your interview and if you are good, you will be able to sail through it. Overall a very good experience.

Interview
Got to know them through info session on campus. Submitted resume and got interview for the next week also on campus. A typical behavioral interview with one person from HR and another young professional who had started the program a year before me. When was the time you took initiative to do a task differently?
