Typical first interview with recruiter on the phone, then a couple of managers on the phone, then in person interview (depending on location you may have to travel for the interview). I applied to several positions, the recruitment process can be slow as sometimes the positions are not fully authorized to be fulfilled.

Interview questions tend to be standard behavioral, so just be prepared to answer the typical "Tell me about a mistake you made and how did you correct it". Think lots of examples of projects, situations, etc. No real hard questions, just try to make sure your answers fit the position you're applying to.

Two rounds. Technical and HR based. Technical round: Primarily on previous work ex. Interviewer will try to match your competencies against the job requirements. Situation based questions like "Tell us a situation where you had a difficult work problem and how did you manage it ? " etc.
HR interview: Why Eaton ? Willing to relocate ? How do you connect your prior experience with current role ? Expected salary range ?
