Interview
They made me create a sale power point and present it to the different interviewers. They asked a lot of difficult behavioral questions. They asked about how I would be the best candidate for the position. I gave the presentation as if they were customers and they seemed to like it. They asked a lot of questions about how I act in group settings. They want you to be able to work in teams.

Interview
Behavioral based interviews focused on the STAR-L method, where you draw from your experiences to demonstrate your learning. We met with 3 interviewers each for about 45 minutes. The interview process was highly structured, which encumbered some fo the discussion but guaranteed consistency.
