I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Uses behavior based questions and a full team.
Long interview process with at least 6 different managers.
Be prepared to give specific examples of past performance and situations.
Very thorough when it comes to history and the process used to solve problems. They don't do a personality test, or any form of numerical assessment either. All of it consists of question and response. Most interview teams consisted of 2 people, but occasionally it was only 1 person.

Question 1
Finding new situations as examples after the 4th interview
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Simnple HR behavioral questions that revolve around what you learned from different situations. Eaton believes that by learning about your behaviors in the past, they can determine how you'll behave/react to situations in the future. In person interview was of a technical nature involving some on-paper troubleshooting. If you interview for a technical position, remember that when you discover the "fault", there is a reason it faulted and you should try to determine that reason.

Name a time you disagreed with a supervisor, how did you handle it and what did you learn from it?
Name a time you had difficulty with a co-worker, how did you handle it and what did you learn from it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Cleveland, OH) in Jul 2014
Interview
The first round of the interview is conducted over the phone. The interview is behavioral based (i.e. What did you do in a situation when you lacked the information needed to make a decision). I moved onto the second phase which is a two day interview at Eaton. You meet with two people on the second day that ask behavioral questions. Each session lasts about an hour. Additionally, you meet with another person for a more informal interview to get to know you and why Eaton should pick you for the position.
