Interview
The interviews were conducted first on campus at the career fair. Following the campus intervies there was a phone screen. The phone screen consisted of an hr manager and a product manager asking questions on specific items on the resume. There was some time allotted for me to ask them questions. Following the phone screen there was the on site interviews. I spoke for an hr each to over 9 interviewers. Each interview lasted questions were both technical and behavioural in style. There was a lunch break in between. There was also some time allotted for a plant tour. The interviews also consisted of individual presentations.

Describe a time when you to stand up for something you observed was not right? How did you approach the problem?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eaton (Pune) in Mar 2015
Interview
It took approximately 4 hrs. to complete entire Interview process.
1) Technical round in SAP ABAP- covered all areas in ABAP ( RICEF, ALE IDOC,WORKFLOW,WEBDYNPRO ) including functional knowledge . It was a brief discussion for around 1.15 hr.
2) Fact based round- In this round I was given a situation on which my attitude towards my work and daily life was judged.
3) HR round- Salary discussion, Joining period
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eaton (Shawnee, OK) in Oct 2013
Interview
There was no interview process because it was through a temporary agency and once your six months is up, they find another temp to come in and replace you. They do this so they don't have to pay you more, or you do not qualify for benefits.
