1. Screening based on resume 2. Technical round 3. HR round Question: Very basic questions related to post graduation subject. More emphasis on thesis. how to handle situation where there is disagreement among the team.

It was worse experience of my life. It gave me a feeling that candidate was already selected and interviewing me was just a formality. No question was asked related to technology which I applied for. Two technical rounds turned into managerial rounds and asked exact same questions in both interviews which were conducted very casually. Despite very few numbers of candidate were called for the position and I reported half hour before the scheduled time, I was called for Interview after 4.5 hours of scheduled time. It cost me a complete day.
