Eaton interview questions

Phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, then a 4 hr interview in person (1 hr with 4 different people). Behavioral based questions based on different competencies related to the role, but very laid back

I had an aptitude test followed by two technical interviews and an HR interview. The result was declared after the HR interview on the same day. The resumes were submitted to the employer earlier through a portal.
