Eaton interview questions

Behavioral, no technical questions, 1 on 1, on campus, single round interview. Was contacted after a college career fair to interview for the leadership development program. Met with a recruiter the next day and spent 45 minutes discussing my experience, qualifications, and details about the position.

Applied through career fair in school. Heard back in a week for an on-campus interview. Questions were behavioral and the interviewer was friendly and nice. Its been more than 5 weeks and yet to hear back.
