Eaton interview questions

From beginning to end, the process was disorganized and disjointed. There were so many red flags: 1. The role I interviewed for had been open for more than a year. 2. Almost 2 months passed before I heard from a recruiter about next steps. Mentally, I had moved on. I had no indication that I was still a candidate 3. I received travel information without prior knowledge that I would travel to interview! After bringing this up, the interview was canceled. 4. Several other candidates dropped out of the running voluntarily. I didn't get a sense that anyone really enjoyed his/her job. There was no connection and I almost felt that I was just and "oh well, last man standing" option. There was no sense of welcome or pride in the work that they do. No way I would work here if I had other options.
