1) Application form 2) Phone call for screening (out of blue) Then got an invitation to AC in 10 mins 3) AC -a test included verbal, numerical, logical -a group discussion -in tray test -another group discussion+ presentation after lunch, they asked some people to go because they did not pass the stage. -I passed the morning section so I had a chance to do a face to face interview.

It started with phone call from HR, then few days later with the hiring manager, and then with a technical expert and finally at the plant itself with a factory tour. The hiring manager was very friendly.
