I had two 45 to 55 minute interviews, one was with HR, one was with an engineer. Both were phone calls. They were very nice people; I had a good experience. Hiring process was at a reasonable pace, too.

The assessment centre was really beneficial and the company provides feedback which shows how much they respect their applicants and want the best for them.
Initially had a 30 minute phone screen. Was later flown out for in person interview day consisting of multiple interviews and a plant tour. Gave a presentation to hiring team.
