Eaton interview questions

Casual interview process. 2 or 3 panel interviews. 2 on 1 and 3 on 1. Mainly asked behavioral based questions with some technical questions. Star method for answering questions. No trick questions. They try to make you feel comfortable.

I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and she set me up with another interveiw with the engineering manager on the phone for the following day. I was asked to come in for an in person interview. It took about 4 days to hear back from HR. They said they were setting up a time and I got a time set up that was about a week in a half after the phone interview. Over all it went good and I felt they were professional. Only thing is, it is a slow process.
