First, they shortlist candidates according to resume. Then shortlisted candidates will face technical interview which requires clarity in fundamentals. After that in HR round, they will assess your enthusiasm for the company and your communication skill. Technical round spans from 30 to 40mins. HR round spans around 15mins. I hope it may help you.

Worst!! I was interviewed for 1 hour 3 times & finally they couldn't match a normalised package also. Later when I came down because they gave an explanation they said I'm fluctuating! Only because they wanted to hire a guy who agreed for a lesser CTC. Worst experience ever!! They literally dumped me after all these rounds giving meaningless reasons. I will definitely not recommend this company for anyone. They have very low profile recruitment team. Please have some integrity since you are a reflection of your company. So many people are looking out for jobs in a tough situation & this kind of response is highly irresponsible!
