Interview
Straightforward and simple. However COVID made it extremely long between offer accepted and start day. Internal recruiter passes candidate information to HRBP who follows the process for the specific position. Company is not very receptive to salary negotiation, it is better to apply to higher position that to try to negotiate salary.

They basically asked about design of converter.asked what new i have done in project. I took example of inductor.HR q. were also asked. like why I want to join the company
They utilize the Lominger interview strategy. This incorporates experienced based questions with learning progression. They ask these questions as a way of making sure all candidates are interviewed evenly. More interested in understanding your thought process than what actually happened. Be specific with how you answer, using specific examples with measurable results.
