Assessment centre with mixed groups for each task. Then shortlist candidates for a competency interview. Interviewers were really nice and called me back shortly after the interview and gave feedback no matter the result.
4 rounds. Initial HR screening. 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round.
The technical rounds were focussed on my expertise, development and what I would contribute at Eaton.
The HR round was leaned towards the fit in the organisation and culture.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eaton (Pune) in Aug 2025

It was just based on technical round, no aptitude test was done, they just selected based on resume then an offline interview from campus was done, 1st round was technical , mainly on projects , the 2nd was a HR round
