Eaton interview questions

Behavioral interview. I requested candidate status over 2 weeks after I was told I would hear back from them. Received feedback that I was too transactional in my replies and not strategic enough. I was then told I did not have enough experience for the position and offered a lower role. My resume is a strong match for the posted job description, given where I am at in my career. The feedback was unreasonable and seemed contrived. I felt like I may have been forced on them as a candidate. I will not apply to this company going forward. Also, one of the panelist did not turn on her camera during the interview and had a tone as if she didn't care for the process.

Speak with a rep at job fair, then on campus interview, then they fly you out to a location with other prospective candidates to be interviewed by current engineers including one who went through the rotational program.
