Eaton interview questions

Had three rounds 1st and 2nd technical round and 3rd managerial round. Questions were easy, interviewer was concerned more about national origin/location of candidate instead of skills and requirements for the role. Bad experience as I assumed this company is equal opportunity employer. I don't recommend to Join This if they hire people based on their national origin. Red Flag. I hope they take care in training managers for the non-discriminatory hiring policy.

1st round Technical - in detail discussion about your past experience 2nd round Managerial - discussion about your experiences and managerial questions 3rd round HR - general discussion All rounds completed in same day.
