Eaton interview questions

4 rounds were scheduled First round lasted for 1 hour, covered technical in depth and current project related questions, second round was taken by hiring manager, 3rd round HR, one more round got scheduled as my role was changed from senior engineer to lead engineer. Before scheduling interview expected salary was conveyed to the recruiter and in each of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th round as well. Offered salary was not matching with my expectations, so declined the offer. Whole process took more than 1 month and was complete waste of time, not sure why so many rounds were taken if company had no plans of matching my expected salary which was clearly conveyed even before first round was scheduled. Won't recommend this company to anyone after this experience. I tried reaching out to recruiter and HR to find out the reason after offer was rolled out, recruiter dint answer my call and HR after answering my call said will get back to me in 15 to 20 mins, yet to get back.
