I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Eaton (Pune) in Nov 2023
Interview
3 round process -technical ,managerial and HR.
Process was quite smooth and quick. If you have any reference try to leverage that first.
It was good experience. It was over ms- teams.

Question 1
About software proficiency, technical knowledge, interests in future
Very pleasant and informative. First, the host or interviewer shows the departments and the equipment of the company. Also, some of the products and introduces you to other colleagues or managers.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton in Dec 2023
Interview
The first screen was with an internal recruiter. It was standard, fine, and mostly confirming applicable experience.
The next stage was with the hiring manager. I could tell that they were not a super comfortable interviewer, but it was all standard questions.
The next, and presumably the final stage, was where things went off the rails. I was willing to give some grace, but there were two last-minute (<10 min notice), a no-show, and someone arriving 15 min late to a 30 min interview segment (there was an explanation provided afterward but no communication prior to the scheduled event).
I want to note that the only person to deliver an apology that matched the level of disrespect received was the internal recruiter, and they had nothing to do with the scheduling and no-shows.
I guess the moral of the story here might be that they will act professionally during this process for top candidates, and I was not one, so there was no need to set expectations about how every confirmed interview was actually tentative. I sincerely wish whoever gets this position a lot of luck, and that none of this is related to the general work culture there, even if this has absolutely soured my impression of the company.
For those of you, like me, who are employed and have to work around an existing work schedule, I'd make sure that you are an exact match on paper and/or are head-hunted, otherwise it is likely not worth your time.
