I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (El Cairo, ) in Jan 2022
Interview
Applied online. Received a link to aptitude test & English test. Received an email of a scheduled interview with a manager. The interview was easy - manager asked about my background then immediately proceeded to technicals. He asked about valuation method in full and emphasized DCF, then concluded with math questions. Then a partner did 3 interviews, the last one with a local director. I was asked about EVERYTHING about valuation, and was asked to present a valuation model in the last interviews.

Interview
First round was conversational, barely even behavioral. Got second and final round, which was a superday. Schedules were emailed out the day before, but mine was completely changed without notice and I had to interview when I was supposed to have a break. Interviewers acted like they didn't get paid enough to be there, seemed distracted. 3 interviews for superday, 2 behavioral 1 technical.
