I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY
Interview
Initial interview was of telephonic conversation. They asked about past experience and the current role. Also current and expected CTC. Then the interviewer convinced that there are ample of job opportunities plus a healthy work exposure to learn a lot many things.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2018
Interview
The process when by smoothly. Pretty standard. You had to be proactive to get responses. They had a virtual interview where they asked you questions and you responded in a video then did a video interview with a manager. The problem I had is the recruiter told me twice I had an offer, but never a gave me the written offer. An hour before the celebratory lunch the recruiter called and said that I wouldn't have an offer so I shouldn't go to the lunch that I had scheduled with EY weeks ago. Luckily I had another offer, but I felt this was highly unethical.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY
Interview
Met with multiple people during the final interview for consecutive one-on-one interviews at the office location. I was then escorted around the office and got an idea of the workplace environment. I was asked many questions but got the chance to talk to multiple people about their experience at EY.
