Made it to the strengths assessment part, there is numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning and some reading comprehension required. Overall not too difficult but takes some practice beforehand to be fully confident

Interview process was quick, after submitting application, was called down awhile later. There was an essay question before the interview. After that, got to sit down with the interviewers who shared more about the job.

Interview
This interview was a prerecorded interview. They gave me 4 questions to respond to with 2 minutes each. I had the chance to redo each question once. I felt that the questions were very off the wall and did not depict how I could be successful within that organization.
